SACRED WOMAN MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME is a journey deepening awareness with the sacredness of yourself, Mother Earth, and your life. Guided gently by Suzy-Anne, step into a transformational journey to fully embody the sacredness and interconnectedness of all that you are.





"Welcome to this new side of my offerings. After unfolding in the last 25 years into a life with the word 'Sacred' at its centre, and as I now step through the gateway of my 50th year, I am finally ready to step into a more structured mentoring role. In this gentle programme my aim is to share the wisdoms I have gathered, and offer one to one support to woman in their own unique journeys, and with their own authentic way of connection.
As women we have lost touch with knowing, and living, from our 'sacredness', and with being in deep relationship with Mother Earth. I believe this stops us being an authentic expression of who we are at our core, leading to many difficulties. Labelled as 'woowoo', and disbelieved as its not all 'proven', manys way of being a Sacred Woman in the modern world are shunned and lost.
For me the journey of coming into a better relationship with my physical body, energy body, emotional/mental body and intuition/wisdom body has been empowering and life-saving. This is NOT 'woowoo'. I now have a tool kit to support me through life's challenges, and to enhance my mental, emotional, physical wellbeing. Come and join this emerging empowerment in how it fits for you.
This programme has arisen from guidance from Rose, and a calling from deep within. I am excited for this journey to begin. "​

Mentorship Programme Structure
As this is a new programme I am currently in a pilot scheme!! However, if you have found this and are very keen please do email me to register your interest.
The journey begins with either a Yoga Medicine retreat, or Spirit of the Rose. In this way we can start the connection and set firm intentions for the journey.
Then we unfold into 8 one to one sessions through the year at/around each of the quarters and cross quarters, as a session on zoom, or in person if feasible:
Imbolc, Spring Equinox, Beltane, Summer Solstice, Lammas, Autumn Equinox, Samhain, Winter Solstice
Practicals with ritual, reflection and integration with journaling will support you through the journey, in a way that works for you. The programme finishes one year later (retreat timing dependent) with another chosen retreat to close. You are of course welcome to join as many retreats as you wish throughout the year. ​​​

What it is:

A great road map of self-discovery and inner transformation is the 5 Koshas from the Taittiriya Upanishad. Understanding, exploring and forming a better relationship with these different layers of our being can help to liberate blockages within them, and find a better unity of self and Self.

Physical body – Annamaya kosha – asana practise, cold water swimming, exercise, nature walking, a good diet

Energy body - Pranamaya Kosha – yoga asana, nidra, pranayama and breathwork

Mental body – Manomaya Kosha – ccb breath, transformational healing, plant medicines, therapy, anything that supports altered state of consciousness to release conditioned trauma responses and form new neural pathways, ritual and ceremony

Wisdom body - Vijnanamaya Kosha – breathwork, lodge, cacao, inner dance, journeying, oracle cards, plant medicines, journalling, art and creativity, listening to dreams, ritual and ceremony

Bliss body - Anandamaya Kosha – remembering we are love and that happiness is our birthright – Forest bathing, Zen Buddhist meditations, anything natural that makes you super happy.
