Using breath and body reconnection we open into this transformative adventure of self discovery, inner reflection and rebalance of mind and body. These retreats offer a unique, and special space, for you to unfold into, and receive whatever you need in the moment.Suzy-Anne and Felicity jointly hold the retreat spaces for you to nourish and nurture your body. They also invite a safe space for you to process and release patterns that you are ready to leave behind, and create a more whole and grounded version of you, with more self-belief and joy. Each held session of the retreat is inspired with a blend of practice, to also support opening to deeper levels of love, self awareness and awakening. Sunny Brow Farm’s close proximity and connection to nature beautifully holds each retreat. The team create space within this holding, using yin and hatha yoga, breathwork, loving self-enquiry, natural and elegant cuisine, ritual and ceremony, cacao, drum, sound and movement.

Please read the full terms of cancellations! We encourage all our customers to take out travel insurance for the time of the retreat.
1. Bookings cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund or are able to move the full retreat to a future date.
2. Bookings cancelled after 60 days, but prior to 45 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund/move of any deposit made. The retreat will be relisted for accommodation, and the customer will receive an additional refund proportional to the amount that the relisted property is rented for, up to 100% of the money paid thus far.
3. Bookings cancelled 45 or less days before the arrival are not eligible for a full refund. Instead, the retreat will be relisted for accommodation, and the customer may receive a refund proportional to the amount that the relisted property is rented for, up to 100% of the money paid thus far.
Please note that we charge an admin fee of £25 for any money refund.
